Went through the drive thru and didn 't get some things, no big deal that 's understandable, what is not understandable is being shh 'd by an employee who said... read more Went through the drive thru and didn 't get some things, no big deal that 's understandable, what is not understandable is being shh 'd by an employee who said she was off the clock and couldn 't help me. What is not understandable is waiting 15+ minutes atthe counter with no help while employees were standing around talking. I 've worked fast food before, it can be very overwhelmingsometimes, but the management here needs to step up and lead the team better.

Only advice I can give you is rip your meal apart looking for flies, because the chances of having onesquashed in your burger is INCREDIBLY high. Food codes are being broken. No question about it.

I had to leave my husband and take my child outside because there were flies flying in our faces. There were probably around 15 flies just in the lobby. I wonder how bad they werein back. Tables were also dirty. Food was done quick though. Next time I'll just run into Walmart and grab something.

Aside from the fact that they literally do not offer Root Beer (but it 's available to order on the app), they are so disorganized. It 's chaos. Doing renovations is fine and great, but when a group ofpeople make their own orders online we 're obviously going to pick it up inside. But then we walk in (lobby is unlocked) and theytell us the lobby is closed. We already placed the orders so we have to go through the drive thru. They have no idea what to dowhen we say we have 4 mobile orders and just tell us to pull forward. We pull forward and they only give us two of the ordersand only half of mine. They don 't know what to do again, another worker comes to the window and says It 's because you didn 'ttell them your order number before. No, we tried to, you told us to just pull forward. They give us the other order after a fewminutes and tell us thanks and to have a good day. I still did not have the other half of my order. It 's not too complicated toturn off options like in-store pickup when your lobby is closed or certain menu items when you literally do not stock them.Taking a long hiatus from this location until they get their sh*t together (so probably permanently).
