Recently, I ordered a double quarter pounder, and when I opened it, I found it only had ketchup and mustard—no pickles or lettuce. It wasn't assembled properly either. I used to really enjoy McDonald's, but now my enthusiasm has waned.

I frequently have to return due to missing items, and this time they forgot the meat on my cheeseburger entirely. Additionally, the staff are unfriendly and unprofessional. Truly a terrible experience.

I love McDonald's, but sometimes it feels like you think you can do whatever you want because you're so big. You definitely need to improve your service. Thanks! Alt... read more This location of McDonald's is extremely disappointing! My orders are consistently incorrect, the fries are often cold, and the customer service is lacking. Although I usually don’t voice my concerns, today my burger wasn’t even cooked. When I reached out to them about it, their response was essentially dismissive. The management here really needs to address these issues.
