Recently, I ordered a double quarter pounder, and when I opened it, I found it only had ketchup and mustard—no pickles or lettuce. It wasn't assembled properly either. I used to really enjoy McDonald's, but now my enthusiasm has waned.

Although I usually don’t voice my concerns, today my burger wasn’t even cooked. When I reached out to them about it, their response was essentially dismissive. The management here really needs to address these issues.
