When I am in town I always visit Juice N' Java for my morning coffee run. The drinks there are phenomenal. I have been met each morning of my trip this time by Hailey at the drive thru window. Her service, friendliness and recommendations are on point each time I go. I will make it a point to continue to visit every time I'm back in town.

Usually you can pick 2 between good servi... read more Best coffee shop I've found, and I've made a point of going to as many as I can across the US over the past few years. Usually you can pick 2 between good service, cost, and quality of product; but Juice has it all. As a snobby vegetarian it always makes me happy to have a choice of dairy alternatives to boot. I like my coffee black generally and the Cafe Ibis beans are always freshly roasted and the espresso is always pulled perfectly. I've been going here since 2009 and had nothing but great experiences. Vegetarian options: Dairy alternatives such as soy, almond, and oat milks.

The only issue I would bring up is that the building could use some love. They have a beautiful terrace, and the interior is spacious, but it feels a bit outdated and dull. Additionally, the wood around the entrance window is rotting. While this wouldn’t stop me from coming back, I believe a little revitalization could attract more customers and make the place feel more inviting.

I highly recommend trying the Guatemalan coffee black; it has a wonderfully smooth flavor. I often make new friends here, and it's a fantastic place to relax and study. However, there’s a bit of inconsistency among the staff in how each drink is prepared. Some baristas tend to make their drinks too sweet, others brew them too strong, and some struggle with mixing the ingredients properly. This variability is part of the experience that loyal customers appreciate, even if it can be a bit hit-or-miss. The staff is generally friendly, especially towards regulars, but don’t expect them to be overly affectionate. Keep in mind that they close their doors promptly at 7 PM, regardless of whether the final order is served. Plan your visit accordingly!
