Second I got the Tomato basil soup that felt like a I was having tomato sauce warmed up, the girl that worked there switched it up for another one. And last the pricesare crazy we got a panini, soup and chicken carbonara (with no flavor at all) for $42 bucks ???? the worse thing is that if thiswas good I would not complain but we left most of the food cuz it was horrible. Would not recommend ????

The staff was very accommodating and kind. The place was very clean with a nice warm inviting vibe. The only thing is the portions are much smaller these days. Obviously an economy thing. But, I hope once things bounce back theportions will go back to what they used to be.

I was with a group and... read more The food here was delicious. Everything I tried was enjoyable, though the caprese sandwich I got could have used a touch more seasoning. I was with a group and we all enjoyed what we got. The desserts are very rich (so you can buy one and share withsomeone else and both feel like you got enough) and very tasty. They seem to be very short staffed right now, so it takes awhile to get food and to have tables cleaned, but the staff on hand were very helpful, friendly, and willing to serve.

I ordered pancakes with scrambl... read more Breakfast Anytime My son took me to eat at this Corner Bakery. He goes frequently enough to earn a high customer loyalty status. I ordered pancakes with scrambled eggs and bacon. The bacon can get cooked to a crisp here so I specifically asked for chewybacon. Sadly the bacon was crunchy and greasy as if it 'd been recooked in an attempt to bring it back to life. This was my 3rdvisit In a row with crispy, overcooked bacon. I spoke to the manager on duty. Seems it takes 20 minutes to cook their bacon. Sheis very young and quiet so I gave her several suggestions, practical and legit, for ways to have bacon available. In the end Ifelt she needed me to be extra clear. I let her know that cooking and serving good quality food is what they do for abusiness. Definitely 3 out of 5 stars for a solid C Average

The most recent visit, however, was a disaster. It took about 10 minutes just to order (I was only 3rd in line, so 2 orders ahead of me).After ordering, it took about 20 minutes for my to-go order to be completed. Upon arriving home and sitting down to eat, I wasvery displeased to see my turkey Cobb salad was topped with slices of sandwich-cut DELI MEAT. (photo attached) Who in theirright mind puts sandwich meat on a salad? With their prices going up, I doubt I?ll return. It used to be a pretty good bang foryour buck, so it was easy to ignore the long wait times and mediocre food. Now, it?s just overpriced mediocrity coupled withpoor service.
