This last time our food was completely cold when we opened it only a few minutes after getting it in the drive through. The staff did not seem familiar with current promotions. And our fries seemed like they were the last of some that had been sitting in the fryer all day. I want to like them. And other locations have been good. But I've become increasingly frustrated with this location. I'd try somewhere else if possible.

I had to walk up to the restaurant, after being a... read more My family and I ordered 2 kids got dog meals and one papa burger meal. We waited over 20 minutes for our food. I had to walk up to the restaurant, after being asked to park in front of the restaurant, to ask for my food. I wasn?t able to approach the staffor communicate with the staff so I had to knock on a window for five minutes to get the attention of a staff member who was tooconcerned with mopping to help me. I again had to knock, then a staff member, who seemed to be high, came out and asked what Ineeded. I explained I had been waiting for over 20 minutes for my food. He turned and left. Less than a minute later he cameback with my bad of food. When I reached inside the food all of it was cold. I gave it back to him and asked for a hot meal.We then waited another 10 minutes for our food. It never came. My husband then approached the restaurant and asked for a refund.The manager came out and asked what was wrong. My husband explained the issue and said he would like a refund. The manager tookmy husbands debit card and disappeared for 10 more minutes. 7 other cars had been served by this point. The 7th car was asked topark next to us. They received their food a large family meal in less than 10 minutes. They then got out of their car andapproached the drive up window that was serving yet more cars. He yelled over the ordering cars that he was missing a vat ofgravy. He got his missing gravy and left. At this point my husband went to the drive up window asking for his debit card back sowe didn?t have to call the police. He was told that he would get it back after the manager got off the phone with the regionalmanager because he didn?t know how to do a refund. After 5 more minutes my husband was handed his debit card and cash becausethe manger couldn?t figure out how to do the refund. We will never be going back.

However, upon arriving at the restaurant, I disco... read more I specifically went out of my way to visit this A&W because it was the only location offering dine-in service. However, upon arriving at the restaurant, I discovered that the lobby was closed. I was hoping to enjoy a burger and a root beer float, but by the time I drive the 30 miles back home, everything would be cold and the float would have melted. I'm really frustrated that they couldn't provide accurate information!

We ordered two mini polar swirls with cookie dough topping. The ice cream was decent, but the cookie dough had a strange taste, reminiscent of freezer burn. Since you're putting in the effort, I decided to give you an extra star. Thank you!
