This last time our food was completely cold when we opened it only a few minutes after getting it in the drive through. The staff did not seem familiar with current promotions. And our fries seemed like they were the last of some that had been sitting in the fryer all day. I want to like them. And other locations have been good. But I've become increasingly frustrated with this location. I'd try somewhere else if possible.

I visit this restaurant often since my office is conveniently located right across the street. I've encountered only one issue — the fries seemed like they had been sitting out on the counter for a while. While it's not a fast-food establishment, you can usually count on your order being ready in 10 minutes or less.

However, upon arriving at the restaurant, I discovered that the lobby was closed. I was hoping to enjoy a burger and a root beer float, but by the time I drive the 30 miles back home, everything would be cold and the float would have melted. I'm really frustrated that they couldn't provide accurate information!

We ordered two mini polar swirls with cookie dough topping. The ice cream was decent, but the cookie dough had a strange taste, reminiscent of freezer burn.
