We had ordered the $12 family pack plus a classic roast beef sandwich, but only received 2 roast beef sandwiches and 2 fries. The 4 sliders, 2 extra fries, and 1 additional roast beef sandwich were missing. When I called to request a refund, they said they were unable to process it. Overall, it was a frustrating experience—we simply didn’t get the food we paid for.

We enjoyed the desserts, and the shake machine was functioning perfectly. I also appreciate that there are two fry options—my husband isn't a fan of curly fries, so we're glad to have the regular ones. Thank you, Sunday crew!
