And they like to represent that they've won awards maybe they need to go back to the drawing board and remember what they were like when they were young and trying to really be good at what they do

The brisket , for example 1 time it's tender and delicious , the next it tough flavorless and cold . Same goes for the sides , theribs , and the pulled anything . 1 time it's good , next it's awful . No consistency I've given this place alot of chances togain that consistency but I think im done . As the number of good meal's is far less than the bad ones . The manager needs toget a rein on his kitchen staff and hold them to a standard . ???? The inky thing that always good is the muffins .... which ifI'm being honest can be dry or stale . Sooooo. Needs improvement across the board.
