First, the eggs I requested were incorrect; I had to send them back... read more I visited this restaurant on a Saturday night and encountered several issues with our order. First, the eggs I requested were incorrect; I had to send them back three times in hopes of getting them cooked over medium. I had clearly told the waitress that I didn’t want them runny or hard, but she still served them improperly. Additionally, the cubed potatoes were burnt, and the sausage gravy was cold and without onions. My daughter ordered a grilled chicken sandwich due to recent dental work, but instead received a hard fried chicken sandwich. The waitress made excuses for the mistakes, and the manager also attempted to justify the poor service from both the waitress and the cook. While they did offer to redo our entire meal, we had to leave soon and I wasn't confident about their ability to get it right a fourth time. Unfortunately, it seems that Bob Evans has declined in quality in Toledo, especially at this location on Reynolds Road. The total cost for our meal came to $44. The manager offered me a discount for my meal, but since I never took a bite, I refused to pay for it. My daughter decided to pay for her meal, as she had eaten the soup, some onion rings, and a couple of bites of her sandwich.

Ordered the breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage patties and fried potatoes with banana bread and the breakfast with banana blueberry pancakes scrambled egga and sausage links with the fruit cup, side of home fries and side of sausage gravy and biscuits. What i received was a breakfast with scrambled eggs, 2 burnt hard sausage patties, and homefries. No banana bread, they gave me dinner rolls. No syriup or butter for the pancakes so i managed to choke down one dry before i gave up. No extra side of home fries and no extra side of sausage gravy. They took all my money is it wrong to expect all my food?
