The young lady behind the counter said it would be ready in 15 minutes. Came back in 15 and it was packed ready to go.The food was very good; it was hot and full of flavour and spice. The service was good and the staff friendly, what more could you ask for. If I lived in Orange it would be my local. They do have a dine in area that looks quite pleasant and comfortable.I will be back when next in Orange.

Because of the Food and Wine Festival many of the Restaurants in Orange were packed, but the Canton was able to accommodate our party of 4.A very pleasant smiling young lady took our orders and made sure our Chinese Guests understood the menu, going to great pains to explain the dishes in their language and then to ensure that they were happy with the choices. She made a routine meal a very pleasant experience-- apparently the daughter of the owners.A few days earlier I had collected a takeaway from the Canton and struck the same smiling helpful young lady, she made this a delightful experience as well so I would highly recommend this as a great place to eat in Orange

The atmosphere was lacking and the restaurant appeared boring, with some tables having towels while others did not. It reminded me of an old bank building. I tried to confirm if they were fully licensed but could not find any indication. When I asked the waitress about bringing my own wine, I was told there would be a $3 corkage fee per glass. We decided to leave before trying the food.

It felt like a journey back in time to experience the art and sophistication of a classic restaurant. The wine selection was much appreciated and very good. I would definitely recommend dining here.
