The tandoori chicken entree was substantial, served with a slice of lemon and sauce on the side. The chicken was tender and well marinated. The service is good, and they offer mango lassis in both sweet and salty varieties. The restaurant is located next to a motel, but don't let that deter you. It is conveniently situated across from the botanic gardens. Additionally, the prices are very reasonable, with beer costing only $6. I haven't seen prices like that since the 90s!

The servi... read more My family and I had a fantastic dining experience at Overlander Indian Restaurant! We arrived around 8:30 and the staff quickly set up a table for us. The service was efficient and the food was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant and would definitely come back again. The kids especially enjoyed the food.

However, the dishes we ordered, Chicken Korma and Lamb Malabar, were milder than we had anticipated. We couldn't distinguish between the two, so next time we may opt for something spicier.
