Five Star Pizza - Orange Park

First time trying this pizza joint. I was only slightly disappointed. The pizza itself was undercooked and honestly it had too much cheese (if there?s such a thing) and maybe I ordered the wrong pizza to try for our first time. It could have used a little more sauce and less cheese. The cheese sticks and the garlic knots had better flavor. I?d still try this place again.

This restaurant primarily operates as a take-out and delivery spot, which is why I gave it a 3-star rating for atmosphere. However, the service was quick, friendly, and efficient. We placed a walk-in order, and our food was ready in just 15 minutes. The sauce was delicious, the crust was thick, and the pizza was cooked to perfection! The open-concept kitchen allowed us to watch the pizza being made, and it was impressively clean. Overall, this place surpasses other similar restaurants we've tried.

I wanted a white sauce based on my pizza so the man on the phone told me it was the garlic sauce once I got the pizza it tasted like no sauce and we did not like it. I called and asked them to remake the pizza and just put the regular sauce on it and said that we would give them this pizza back and they refused. They said they could not remake the pizza any other way than originally ordered as a remake. I also purchased wings and a 2 L soda so it?s not like I was just trying to get a free pizza I just wanted a pizza my family and I would enjoy but apparently the manager said there?s nothing they can do to satisfy me as a customer because I did not like the sauce that I ordered? While manager named Jacob did not fix the situation nor attempt to appease me. The manager I spoke with the next day named Kai was polite apologetic and fixed the issue with no hesitation. Managers like him keep customers happy and want to return!

Best pizza joint in the area! Delicious pizza, wings, and garlic rolls. Great prices and combos available especially when ordering online. My family goes here every time we want some pizza!
