Grumpy's - Middleburg

The exterior of the restaurant is stunning, but a tree has been planted right in front of the Grumpy's sign, making it hard to see from the road. We arrived fairly early and were promptly greeted by Skyler. Our server was great—professional, courteous, quick, friendly, and attentive. The food was definitely impressive. The assistant manager also stopped by our table to check in, and she was very personable with the customers. If you're hungry, this place is a must-visit! We will certainly be returning!

I took my daughter out for a special breakfast together. I've noticed that this restaurant often has long lines whenever we pass by, but today we managed to get there early enough to avoid the wait. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, frequently checking to see if we needed anything. My daughter finished most of her meal, which is a huge win for me! I'm not usually a fan of pancakes unless they're homemade, but theirs were light, fluffy, and truly enjoyable. The orange juice was definitely freshly squeezed, just as they advertised, and it was absolutely perfect. Overall, if I can wake up early enough to skip the lines, we will definitely return! Thank you for the wonderful breakfast!

You can't go wrong with Grumpy's! Whether you're at the Middleburg or Orange Park location, breakfast is always a great choice. The service is excellent, and the food quality is impressive! The portions are generous and reasonably priced. Their lunch options and soups are also very tasty. I tried the Red, White, and Blueberry Waffle, which comes with a delicious piece of cheesecake! Definitely give them a try, but make sure to arrive early because the tables fill up quickly.

Had a late breakfast here, very busy location for a Sunday morning, 30 minute wait to be seated. Was well worth the wait, great size portions for the prices, and excellent taste quality. Also gluten free bread offered for dietary restrictions, as we have in our party. So other than the fact they stay busy great place to eat.

Rare 5 Star. Service Excellent. Food Excellent. We had the Big Breakfast Corned Beef Hash with eggs. Gratifying to see the same business model carried over with the franchisees.
