Zaxby's - Orange Lake

Our go to place for good, quick food. Service is always good.

We have always enjoyed Zaxby's, so when we were out shopping and saw it nearby, we thought it would be the perfect spot for dinner. Unfortunately, the service was quite slow, and it seemed like the staff were mostly teenagers who had their friends hanging out there. We ended up having to ask their friends to move so we could place our order. Once we finally sat down, we realized how chilly it was inside. Even though it was cold outside, it felt like the air conditioning was cranked up too high. Our food got cold within minutes, which made the chicken less enjoyable. Overall, we were pretty disappointed with the experience.

The food is exceptional and reasonably priced. The service is impressively quick, especially compared to other fast food options in the vicinity.

They serve fantastic chicken here. This is the only restaurant where my daughter can enjoy chicken without it upsetting her sensitive stomach.

They have a special party plate to celebrate their 20th anniversary, which is a fantastic deal at just $5.99. It’s only $0.50 more than their regular meal deal, but it includes a larger drink and an extra chicken finger. The bathroom was immaculate, featuring modern walnut doors and frosted glass. I was also unsure whether to order a kids meal for my son, but the cashier informed me that it was free kids meal night on Tuesdays, which was an added bonus! I wanted to try their new birthday cake milkshake, but unfortunately, the machine was out of order. It looked delicious, though!
