The posted hours suggest that they're open, but don't be deceived—the doors are actually locked. There’s no option for a quick online pickup, just a sluggish drive-thru service. I regret making an online order. I've been waiting in the drive-thru for 45 minutes for what was supposed to be a quick pickup. They’re bound to go out of business soon!
What a major letdown! I can't believe that a restaurant in a city like Orange could have such untrained staff. I spent nearly $40 on a meal for my family, and fortunately, I checked the order before leaving. The careless woman who took my order mistakenly gave me coleslaw instead of French fries and also messed up the chicken tenders. When she finally corrected the order, she carelessly slathered the Nashville Hot sauce on the tenders as if she were irritated with them—and with me. The food was below expectations. I want my money back, and I can guarantee that I will never return to that KFC. Management really needs to seriously review their operations!
I'm back again, and unfortunately, the same woman who took forever last time was working. I can't believe how long the wait was— the woman in front of me gave up and left because it took so long. Why don't they have the food prepped and ready to go? The wait was insane. I usually go to another KFC a few towns over, and they're so much faster. This location is a nightmare. Last time I was here, the wait was awful, and this visit on Saturday, 8/13, was no different. I tried going inside instead of using the drive-thru since both doors had signs saying "dining room open." I got out of line to enter, only to find the doors locked. I had to get back in the drive-thru line and ended up further back. The wait was easily 30 minutes. When we finally reached the window, we ordered 8 tenders—just tenders—and were charged $22. I told her that couldn't be right, mentioning that yesterday, 6 tenders cost only $10. She insisted the register was correct and that it was $12 more for 2 extra tenders. I settled for 6 tenders at $10, and she even made her coworker remove two tenders from the box. This place really needs to hire a competent manager. Friday’s service was good, but that was the exception. Before that, service was often terrible. Sometimes they were even out of chicken during dinner. I can’t imagine how much business they lose because of the poor service and disorganization.
I had a terrible experience at this KFC! I placed an order online for pickup, but there was no designated area to collect it. I ended up waiting in the drive-thru line for more than 30 minutes! To make matters worse, they didn’t answer the phone when I tried to cancel my order. Just a heads-up for anyone planning to visit this location!
