I can't believe that a restaurant in a city like Orange could have such untrained staff. I spent nearly $40 on a meal for my family, and fortunately, I checked the order before leaving. The careless woman who took my order mistakenly gave me coleslaw instead of French fries and also messed up the chicken tenders. When she finally corrected the order, she carelessly slathered the Nashville Hot sauce on the tenders as if she were irritated with them—and with me. The food was below expectations. I want my money back, and I can guarantee that I will never return to that KFC. Management really needs to seriously review their operations!
