Hotel is situated close to top of hill, with stunning views of surrounding Schwarzwald. The welcoming and cosy atmosphere, traditional decorations, comfortable seating spaces, with glorious balcony views all adds to the relaxing ambience. Staff are friendly and helpful. What Jayjay V doesn't like about Höhenhotel Kalikutt:
Pricy and not too much choice of dishes on offer. Rather simple meals. If you are not into french fries or spätzle as side dishes, you are out of luck. One dish of wild game, not specified what kind of game. Good quality though, and well trained and competent staff. The interior looked as it did some twenty years ago, but everything was very clean and well maintained. Beautiful vista from our window table. View all feedback.

We have extended a night with half board before loud enthusiasm. Rarely experienced friendly staff with high service standards. The Junior Suite is excellent, like a breakfast buffet that leaves nothing to be desired. The half board and quality of drinks are perfect. We like to come back. Thank you for the hospitality and great service.
Excellent hotel and guest house. Very tidy and clean. Service great and friendly. Mr Lohmann particularly mentions. Very friendly and accommodating waiter.
