Die Reichsstadt - Gengenbach

We had a great meal. this would be one of the more expensive evenings in gengenbach, but eating was excellent and it is worth it. everything was beautifully presented and delicious. the wine card was interesting and we chose a local pinot noir.

We chose this place for a Saturday lunch with my children and older elders. we let ourselves down, pick up the menus and if we are ready to order, ask us to go, because their dinner preparation does not leave a place for lunch orders!? outrageous!

We enjoyed two dinners very much. the food was excellent. as experienced travelers we were amazed to find this high quality in such a small city. the food was delicious and beautifully presented. the service was very friendly, professional and knew about the local weeping. the personal was able to adapt the menu to our food allergies.

The dinner included a charming atmosphere on the magnificent private terrace. the food was gourmet, well prepared and presented without a hindrance. it was a bit expensive, but if they are on holiday, it doesn't play a role as long as they enjoy a great eating in a beautiful romantic environment. a part - the service was painfully slow and lasted almost 3 hours.
