What Kenneth Mullen dislikes about Howard's Cafe:
heard it was great, but go by there during lunch and evenings working when in Opp but NEVER see them open , never seen a café with such business hrs. even locals tell me that you just have to catch them when they decide to open. would love to try eating there!!!!!!! View all feedback.
