They consistently make delicious, high quality drinks. They also have AMAZING pastries and treats. The staff is kind, professional, accommodating, and friendly. The atmosphere is relaxing and delightful. There is plenty of space to spread out. It's a wonderful environment with excellent coffee and amazing service.

The drinks are creative and delicious, BUT what we love most is the personal touch! In every interaction we get to learn about these sweet baristas and get to know them on a personal level! They truly care about each customer! 10/10 from me!

There was a time not so long ago that the baristas wouldn’t let drinks or food set on the counter and get cold if you were in the far room. Now, whatever. Heard two sweet older ladies talking about how their cup was lukewarm because the baristas made no attempt to get it to them even though they never asked for their names. A couple of years ago, this wouldn’t have happened. The service attitude definitely needs to improve a bit.

I noticed plenty of outlets for charging laptops or cell phones. The barista was super nice offering to heat up my pastry and she made a great Hazelnut latte.

There are three things in particular that are way above average. 1) Amanda is extremely creative and makes me a new drink every week. I have enjoyed every one. 2) There is a fella there named Chris that is sooo friendly that he may actually invite you to his home for dinner. Like, literally. And it could be the best thing you ever did. 3) And last, but by no means least, Christina bakes some glorious chocolate cake pops. I mean, I bought one for my wife and then ate it after I gave it to her. They are that good! More baked by Christina chocolaty bliss please. And while were at it, I have been diligently praying that the breakfast Quiche will come back. (Only half joking) Anyhow, try Wired, the product is great, the people are special and the cold brew will get you……..say it with me……Wired!
