I had bought a dirty, worn-o... read more I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The manager, Steven, had an unpleasant attitude, which only made things worse. I had bought a dirty, worn-out gift card as a gesture for a coworker who recently lost a child, hoping it would bring her some comfort since she enjoys dining at Zaxby's. Unfortunately, the food didn't live up to expectations. The Wings and Things were lukewarm and tough, while the chicken fingers and fries were cold, stale, and lacked seasoning. Although the Texas Toast was soft, my overall impression was negative, and I considered returning the entire order after my interaction with the staff and manager. Instead, I requested fresh fries, but they turned out to be over-seasoned. Given this experience, I won't be coming back to this location. It's been three years since my last visit, and I plan to keep it that way, especially with a Chick-fil-A conveniently located across the street.

Most of the staff are not friendly and make you feel like you?re inconveniencing them. Also, there?s always an issue with our food, we never seem to get what we actuallyordered. So when going through the drive thru, I highly suggest checking all your items to make sure you?re getting what youpaid for. I will definitely be driving the extra 6 miles to go to another Zaxby?s location.

Well, as usual, fries not done in the middle and chicken greasy and very soft, not crunchy at all. Do NOT like the thought ofundercooked chicken!! Like my chicken well-done and crunchy, that's why I request it to be cooked that way!! Very disappointed!!I should have just went across the street to Chick-fil-A, like I was going to to begin with!!! I may have had to wait a min inline but at least my food would have been hot and fresh and cooked properly!!! Will NOT come back here!!!
