Bite Me Bakery - OOLTEWAH

We saw this place during the ride, and our interest was shortened by the name. I came home, looked at her and couldn't resist giving them a visit. We went in and the place is only stacked with different options! They had teas, quiches, breads, tarts, dog treatments and much more. We somehow came to the end of their day, but they still had some goodies to try for us. My daughter got a manga tar, my son had a coconut cream, I couldn't resist a chocolate tar or cake, and my husband got a rhubarb and one of his special sweets that I don't remember the name. While we were in the shop boss Danny was very sweet and made sure that we knew about all the options he had for us, and he even let us try these HEAVENLY like Mini Cupcake things! My husband has NIE in our 11 years marriage like ANY Frosting, and he ate boss Danny's Icing without problem (and he loved it! It was sooo light and creamy, and the chocolate cupcake on the bottom was AMAZINGLY moist! When we came home, we tried the cakes or cakes, and I must say it was delicious, light and fluffy. We also tried the other specialty and it was really delicious! I can say I see why it won in a contest! Also we have some very authentic tasting sourdough bread! It was nice not to have the sweet sourdough that the bread basket sold. Very refreshing bakery, and I love the sweet couple it leads! We're coming back!

So happy I stopped! Friendly, helpful staff. Your breads are so dense! I bought a leaf of Russian Black Bread. Never before and I love it! I also bought a cinnamon roll! Oh! Hey! You are the best in town, no doubt! They are huge and fluffy without having air pockets in them! You have a wide selection of breads and treats. They also wear Chattanooga butter! YUM!

Such a sweet little place. Your candy is so delicious! We tried their little Rhabarb and Guava desserts... YUM! We also picked up some other treats that were just as delicious. My mother had her oatmeal cookies and she said she was just mouthwatering. They also sell dog treatments that our 2 girls LOVED and peeled. Can you say that I definitely recommend this place?!

Wow. People are so friendly and the baked goods are literally the best in the city! My toddler and I gave this place an attempt. The sweet people gave him a free cookie (which was incredible) and we bought some treats. The passion fruit pastries is my new addiction! We will be back!!!

Nice people! I haven't tried enough items yet, but the few my daughter and I tried were just okay (bear claw was very flaky, I prefer a denser bear claw, and my daughter said there wasn't much apple in her apple turnover). The store looks great, though, and the people were awesome! I'll see about revising once I try their cheese bread and a few more things.
