I usually love going to Panera Bread. This visit wasn't very impressive. Soup was cold and tables were dirty. First time going to the Panera bread in Oneonta, NY and I won't go back. I prefer going to the Panera Bread in Vestal,NY. That one never disappoints. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

The woman at the restaurant was incredibly friendly and helped us decide what to order for breakfast. We opted for the Chipotle Chicken, Egg, and Avocado on Artisan Ciabatta, and she assured us it would be delicious. She definitely wasn't exaggerating—it was fantastic!

When i arrived, the staff was very robotic and showed zero enthusiasm towards customers. the girl taking my order didn't even look up from her tablet at me or my family when we were speaking to her. when we received our meals, our sides of bread were rock hard, we couldn't even attempt to bite into them, and my daughter's bowl of mac and cheese was cold. we know Panera doesn't make their food fresh, but do better!
