We had an amazing dinner during our second visit to this restaurant. The fried calamari was very tender, and I thoroughly enjoyed the seafood combo that I ordered. It was absolutely delicious! I don't think I've ever had a better seafood dish, not even in Brooklyn. The dish included clams, shrimp, calamari, squid, mussels, all served over linguini in a spicy fra diavolo sauce. What Sim Schmeler doesn't like about Bella Michael's:
I came to Bella Micheals for a late lunch on Good Friday. I was not informed about any specials and ended up ordering a dish that had meat in it, which I did not want. I originally ordered shrimp parmigiana but received a different dish instead. I sent the meal back to the kitchen and I suspect that they simply washed and re-served my original meal. Food is amazing! Get the pasta fagioli, best soup in Upstate NY.
Comfortable and warm family business. The presentation of the food is amazing and it is sooo full of taste that leaves you thinking in the next time you go. My first time I ate one of the most delicious lambs I have eaten in my life only comparable with the lamb I eat in Greece
Inside seating is not comfortable. Weird. Could be better organized.
I had a wonderful meal. Service is fast! Atmosphere is very pleasant. The halibut is *amazing*. I absolutely loved everything about this restaurant, and I cannot wait to come back.
The Vegetable Primavera was the best. Everyone in our party enjoyed their food, steaks, chicken Parmigiano, Seafood dinners! I would feel blessed to get the Vegetable Primavera recipe. clear sauce instead of creamy was beautiful.
