Arby's - Oneonta

Very good customer service and awesome food. I had the bacon beef and cheddar it was so fresh. Very clean place to grab a bite. Very nice people and always greeted with a smile.

You don't have any running water because of a health inspection that closes it from a bacterial breakout. Bought roasted food and canned soda. It was okay.

Loves the classic frying sandwich. Sadly they removed the potato cake from the menu. It still loves to go there for a good meal!

The staff here are always friendly and patient, and you can count on getting exactly what you ordered. I don't want to play favorites, but I once had the French dip with Swiss, and when I got back to my office, I realized I didn’t receive my au jus. The next time I visited, Shelby not only remembered me but also recalled that she hadn't given me the au jus last time. She offered me a new sandwich for free! I hadn’t even mentioned it, so that was a delightful surprise. Kudos to the whole team!
