I don't want to play favorites, but I once had the French dip with Swiss, and when I got back to my office, I realized I didn’t receive my au jus. The next time I visited, Shelby not only remembered me but also recalled that she hadn't given me the au jus last time. She offered me a new sandwich for free! I hadn’t even mentioned it, so that was a delightful surprise. Kudos to the whole team!
