Cold Stone Creamery - Feedback

What William E doesn't like about Cold Stone Creamery:
A long, long while back they eliminated the Gotta Have It size of malts/shakes. Now, I just went in and they no longer make malts at all, only shakes. How are you an ice cream shop that doesn 't make malts? What kind of nonsense is that? I specifically clarified with the employee that they no longer serve malts, only shakes. All I have to say is good marrow indeed! As a frequent creamery goer, specifically one who dabbles every weekend, I was overjoyed to discover this edge-of-town gem! As I enter the creamery, the aroma of fresh cream whiffs through the festive spider-webbed-themed decorations.
