Barre Country Diner - La Crosse

The food is really good and cheap. We just had an experience where my wife and my sons came out of food. You ordered sandwiches and I got a pizza. Anyway, something happened in the back, which led the pizzas to secure themselves. I told the server it wasn't a big deal. Things happen. My wife and son had to eat for a few minutes before my food came. She apologized and told us the whole meal would be composed! Absolutely unnecessary, but really nice. We ate here about five times and will go back.

Everything you want in a cafe! Good food, good service and friendly atmosphere. Stopped in for a hardy breakfast and they delivered. The ham on my eggs Benedict was so good. Would stop in again!

The pizza was so good that I went back to try breakfast and it was incredible. Stuffed French toast with strawberries and frosting blew me away. Staff and service were great and I'm looking forward to trying lots more of the menu!

Wonderful meal tonight. Pan roasted fish was delicious. I always love the different soups they offer. Service with a smile. Our favorite place for Friday fish and their great breakfast. Thanks to the great staff.
