I've visited this place several times before, but my latest experience might be my last. The ice cream didn't taste as good as I remembered, and the staff seemed rather uninterested. I felt a bit awkward asking for samples, which is usually one of the enjoyable parts of visiting an ice cream shop! There are plenty of other great ice cream spots in Omaha, so I probably won’t be returning to this one.
I received an ice cream care package from a friend after my breast cancer diagnosis, and everything was absolutely delicious! The cute quotes included were a lovely touch. Inspired, I ordered a love package for my sister and her family, but when I paid for it, I accidentally sent it to myself instead of them. I ended up in a full-blown panic and reached out to eCreamery via phone and email. They swiftly resolved the issue and ensured that my sister received the package. I can't thank them enough for their outstanding customer service! Thank you so much! - Rebecca
I absolutely love stopping into eCreamery! They have the most wonderful flavors and everything is always so tasty! Tonight we stopped in after a walk and each got our own cone. I can't recommend them enough! The Best in Omaha!
Yum! A great place to start any time of the year, but an especially good on a hot day this will hit the spot. ECreamery, famous for its visit to Shark Tank, offers some wonderful ice cream options, including their famous shark bait flavor. Located in the Dundee area, parking can be a little tight on busy night. We were there mid afternoon so I access was pretty easy. There is some indoor and outdoor seating available but it's not a very large shop. Order and serve at the counter. You should know that there are also prepackaged ice creams for a quick take away if you're in a hurry, I have no photos to share with you for this visit other than the picture of the freezer as ice cream is very good and it was a very hot day, so it disappeared fairly quickly! The folks at the counter we're super friendly, and offered us some free samples when we couldn't decide. I highly recommend this shop for some great ice cream.
Nice ice cream. Good flavors. Tried two different flavors, and both were excellent. My one comment is that the store smelled like bleach or industrial cleaner walking in. At least it's a clean smell, but not appetizing and I'd expect different. People were very nice behind the counter.

I have collaborated with Becky and her team multiple times to create custom ice cream flavors for work events. They are an incredibly creative and accommodating group of people, and I can't recommend them highly enough. Plus, the ice cream itself is absolutely AMAZING, which makes the experience even better!
Wow! What an incredible spot! This place has the best ice cream in all of Nebraska! The journey from Ohio was absolutely worth it!
A friend ordered this for me, but did not realize I was going out of town. I came home to a melted mess. No problem. eCreamery replaced my shipment. The ice-cream is delicious and the personalized labels made it even more special. Thank you eCreamery!

Great ice, not the best I had, but it's nice to close you. I live the sunflowers more than just getting one stroke. they wish they had an Omaha provider on post orders.
Best gelato I've tasted. The flavors vary each week/ day I think. They always have something totally different when I come. I always go on 2$ tuesday, it's a nice treat on a weekday. Cute decor inside too!

Great service and concept. I bought customized pints for my dad for fathers day. I walked right in and they mixed up my choice of custom flavors and printed special labels. No pre order necessary and it was quick.
