The ice cream didn't taste as good as I remembered, and the staff seemed rather uninterested. I felt a bit awkward asking for samples, which is usually one of the enjoyable parts of visiting an ice cream shop! There are plenty of other great ice cream spots in Omaha, so I probably won’t be returning to this one.

It was quite busy, likely due to a nearby school event. Overall, everything was good, although we prefer some other restaurants in Omaha.

The cute quotes included were a lovely touch. Inspired, I ordered a love package for my sister and her family, but when I paid for it, I accidentally sent it to myself instead of them. I ended up in a full-blown panic and reached out to eCreamery via phone and email. They swiftly resolved the issue and ensured that my sister received the package. Good flavors. Tried two different flavors, and both were excellent. My one comment is that the store smelled like bleach or industrial cleaner walking in. At least it's a clean smell, but not appetizing and I'd expect different. People were very nice behind the counter.
