I was surprised by the quality of eating. usually in my experience in Zoos/Museen, eating is decent or hustle. here I had a double cheeseburger and it tasted like a normal restaurant. my only complicity was that the process that went through was slow. it was like a cafeteria in school where they go through a line and say what they want. the thing is when they wait 75% of the line they could get on the prepacked packi... What Trey Mohr doesn't like about Durham Treetops:
Bought a burger for 9.50 on Monday which does not include a side or drink. Almost $10 and it was disgusting. It was burnt and extremely dry. It was definitely not a toddler and stroller friendly place because everything is scattered there. It was really hard for me to carry the tray of our poorly cooked food while pushing a stroller and holding a 2.5 year olds hand. I for sure won't be going to this place again View all feedback.
Very overpriced, the cashier was rude, and got sick from the food :
Amazing service. I ate there with my two young children and one worker helped carry my tray, another got my children booster seats and made sure we had a great view of the monkeys. They really went above and beyond and eating right next to the monkeys was amazing!
My sister and I are here back in 2018 the food was good and pricey but my sister pd for it don't remember what we had
Food options are lacking. Cold fries, cold onion rings. No salad option, bland burger . Veggie cup had frozen at some point, so the veggies were wilted after thawing.Seed oils used in frying process.Happy staff, pleasant music playing in dining area.
Burgers were absolutely gross garbage meat taste nasty fries were soggy and for a burger and fries and drink for 6 people was $110 and none of us could even choke down the
