The burgers tasted like they were f... read more All of these reviews should be rated at most 1 star. This restaurant was incredibly disappointing—overpriced and unpleasant. The burgers tasted like they were frozen and pre-packaged, too artificial, and the fries were no better. The drinks were average, but of course, there were no free refills. They also completely messed up our orders. If I could give this place a 0 star rating, I would. It really should be closed down. I cannot recommend anything from this menu. My 11-year-old even ended up getting sick.

How can someone working in a kitchen not know how the f... read more The service was frustrating, to say the least; the staff seemed unaware of how the dishes were prepared. How can someone working in a kitchen not know how the food is cooked? I had to inquire three times about how my Gardein chikn was prepared, and the rude woman at the front counter couldn’t provide an answer, responding with a dismissive attitude. Most of the other staff members appeared to be unhappy to be there as well. The only bright spot was an older gentleman in the seating area who was kind and helpful. I wish I had caught his name, as he truly made our experience a little better.
