Made a reservation online cause I didn’t know how busy it would be with a band finishing up. Service was amazing per usual. Our server was also amazing and was very nice.

We waited 15 minutes after being seated for our server to acknowledge us, even though she passed by several times. We ordered drinks and an appetizer, but when our food arrived, it was brought out by someone else. It took another 15 minutes for her to return and take our dinner order, and again, our meal was brought out by a different person. She never checked back to see if we wanted dessert or additional drinks. However, she was quick to bring the check and process our payment. As someone in the service industry, I find it frustrating to receive this kind of service and then be expected to tip 20% or more. Nope!
