The brisket tacos were excellent. The steak and pork very good. Portion sizes are generous. The noise level is very loud, making conversations with people across the table difficult. What Kathy Strehle doesn't like about Timber Woodfire Bistro:
I’ve ordered Thai tuna salad, many many places and loved it. I was disappointed that the tuna came way way overcooked, not rare at all. upon our complaint, she brought back more tuna that was not overcooked, but not the best tasting. The salad ingredients were good though way too much dressing. The chef definitely needs a little more practice on this one! View all feedback.
Fabulous eating, exceptional service and fantastic atmosphere.
Quality budget, personal and environment! come here often and I live in iowa!
My sister in law and I went to the brunch. I had the croque and she had the tinga and the egg tostadas. woodfire bistro has the most amazing sauces. we loved our eating and our server françois was amazing!
Excellent food as always, but pricey, as always. Wait staff is very competent, but seems like there was a stronger pressure on upselling than in the past. It was a bit irritating.
First time back in 3 years. Menu and food were much better than before. Restaurant was packed. Server was working hard and once order placed, the food came out very quickly. Glad to see Timber is again a good option.
