Bulalo (Php150 per order) I've been craving for bulalo since last week's 16C weather in Baguio. Hoseña's has always been one of Mandaluyong's best treasures. I find it quite pricey for three slices of meat (including the bone with its marrow). Bulalo (Php150 per order) I've been craving for bulalo since last week's 16C weather in Baguio. Hoseña's has always been one of Mandaluyong's best treasures. I find it quite pricey for three slices of meat (including the bone with its marrow). Then again, I don't think driving up to Tagaytay for four hours (because of its horrendous traffic these days) is worth the trip for a bulalo craving. It is also disappointing that the beef is not tender, and that there are no other veggies included except for spring onions. Still, the soup hits the spot, especially with patis, kalamansi and sili. Wash it down with a glass of ice-cold Coke for the perfect finish.
Always a favorite choice for bulalo and litid
