What James Lee Tica likes about Farinas Ilocos Empanada:
Service is alright.... But the original empanadas are to die for! I've eaten at the original spot in laoag... This place is just the same.... The blend of spicy and garlic and vinegar longanisa with bagnet will send you to gastronomic heaven.. And literally heaven... Knock on wood haha.. Come taste for yourself View all feedback.
