Went in to get my child a meal the machine you order w your food wasn’t working so I approached the counter to place my order were the member of staff told me he was on his break so he couldn’t take my order one question if you are on your break why were you standing behind the counter was sent back to the computer not helpful at all
I came to omagh for a visit and called in for breakfast. Standing at the counter waiting in my breakfast only to find that the staff when preparing the food they were wearing disposable aprons but failed to be wearing gloves when making the food which I thought was very unhygienic. I work in catering myself so I know it to be compulsory. Not happy about that!!
I would not recommend returning to this McDonald's. The fries and burger were cold, the wrap was very small, and there was no chicken in it.
I ordered a basic breakfast and when I got home, I realized they got my order wrong. I am frustrated and disappointed.
I went to the restaurant on Thursday, December 15th at 1:00pm. Unfortunately, my card was declined three times and I had to cancel my order. However, the staff were incredibly kind and gave me a free latte as a gesture of goodwill. It really made my day. Thank you!
