Had a meal this afternoon with partner, partner had a chicken burger which was inedible chicken was tough and chewy didn’t taste like chicken, batter on chicken... read more Had a meal this afternoon with partner, partner had a chicken burger which was inedible chicken was tough and chewy didn’t taste like chicken, batter on chicken was very greasy. Staff were friendly however never asked how our meal was despite food left on plate. We waited a good while for someone to come to table to collect our bill nobody came so had to get up and pay on way out. Not a good first time there.

Un... read more We had lunch here on 23/08/22. I had been raving to my partner about how great this place was based on past experiences a few years ago when it first opened. Unfortunately, the two burgers we ordered had no sauce, the meat patty was very dry and lacked seasoning, and the "taco chips" were barely topped with anything. I had to ask the waitress twice for more napkins, and £3.95 for a coke is just too expensive. I used to recommend this place to others, but now I feel ashamed to have done so. We were not the only ones disappointed, as a table behind us also returned their food. I am truly disappointed and upset about this experience.

Staff are also brilliant, so friendly and attentive.
