Pizzarama offers a mixed dining experience, celebrated for its exceptional pizzas and accommodating service but occasionally hindered by inconsistencies in staff attentiveness and hygiene. Promising a diverse menu and a cozy atmosphere, many patrons rave about the flavorful crusts and fresh toppings, making it a favorite for families. However, concerns have been raised regarding gluten-free options and the lack of COVID-19 precautions, as well as experiences of unresponsiveness from staff. Despite these issues, the restaurant's loyal following continues to appreciate its culinary offerings, often deeming it a worthwhile visit for pizza lovers.
For gluten-free customers (coeliac), please note that Pizzarama seems unaware that coeliac disease is not a choice and that cross-contamination can have serious consequences. The gluten-free pizza I ordered was not truly gluten-free and it made me very ill.
The service and food at Pizzarama are both exceptional. I have been frequenting this restaurant since I was 15 years old, which was quite a long time ago. My friends and I used to grab a pizza before heading to the cinema. Even now, we still love stopping by for takeout or occasionally dining in. It continues to be a great way to spend a Saturday evening.
I recently had dinner at this restaurant and was very impressed. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The atmosphere was nice, although a bit crowded. The price per person was very reasonable, ranging from £10 to £20. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great dining experience.
Lovely family run business, Mickey was about while i was at school as was Colm who runs thing. The best pizza in Northern Ireland.
Went in tonight for a feed with my husband. We sat at the first booth right in front of the lady making the pizzas and the young girl serving. We sat for at least 10 mins and no-one acknowledge our presence, not a hello or even an I'll be with you now, or even eye contact!! we got the impression we were an annoyance even being there, so we got up and walked out and went to another pizza place in town. It was like night and day, as soon as we walked through the door we were greated and seated. I have always enjoyed pizzaramas pizza but I feel that the owners must be losing alot of business simply down to bad service. The table we sat at wasn't even clean. The last few times I've been with friendd as well at least one part if not multiple parts of our order was wrong they always seem like they are understaffed, and the staff they have don't seem to have any customer service skills. Disappointing as we won't be back. Simply not good enough when there are so many places to eat now in omagh
