I visited Jack's Coffee House today for the first time during my uncle's visit. It came highly recommended by my mother and sister. I have to say, it is the best coffee shop I have ever been to. The food was excellent, the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the coffee shop itself was beautifully decorated with a cozy, friendly atmosphere. I would highly recommend Jack's Coffee House to anyone looking f... View all feedback.

Absolutely delightful place, with very attentive, helpful and professional staff. It is amazing how in such a small space one can find spaciousness and comfort. You are far enough away to be private and yet close enough to others to enjoy a lovely interaction with locals. I have been several times and this time went on a super busy day (Saturday . I had a short stand in a queue by the entrance and was then shown to a lovely little armchair by the fabulous fire. Just what I needed on a cold, damp day. The staff go out of their way to accommodate all visitors and needs. I have a strict health diet and they were incredibly creative to offer me a meal that normally I would not be able to have (by removing ‘offending’ items! and they waived the cost of a pot of tea after I had been there several hours using their free Wi-Fi. The music was peaceful and is one of those rare locations in N Ireland where you can find tasteful, worship music playing. Several songs ‘spoke’ to my heart during my visit. There is a gift shop at the entrance with all sorts of creative knick-knacks for sale. They also sell Belleek China and I was able to get two lovely mugs for family members for Christmas. They will gift wrap for you too if you want that.

This is a tiny looking café alongside a Spar grocer but once inside it is a hidden gem. We joined the queue at the counter and selected what we would like to order, then paid for our food and drinks while one of us found a table. A waitress brought the drinks and then the food with almost no delay even though the café was full. The food was absolutely delicious and was a little different eg lasagne made with chicken, chicken with peaches. The price was much lower than I had expected and the portions much larger. We then went into the grocery part of the business to look for pear and almond scones and for Turkish Delight; in each case I asked a member of staff and both came out from behind a counter, showed me the scones and indicated what was in each; then she packed them for me. The person identifying Turkish Delight, called Rebecca, was equally helpful and packed each item into my bags without being asked. The whole business, café and shop, seemed to be staffed by people for whom nothing was too much trouble. Fintona is a bit off the beaten track but I would go back if ever in the area again.
