The staff member who assisted us was sarcastic toward my husband and made an inappropriate comment to the customer behind us. Being rude definitely isn’t the best way to earn tips.

The cashier was extremely rude, even cursing at my sister, showing a total lack of respect. There was no warmth or friendliness when we were served our food. After such treatment, we have no intention of returning and would not recommend this place to anyone. I strongly advise avoiding it.

The owner was incredibly friendly and created a wonderful atmosphere in the morning, wishing everyone a great day on the slopes. It may seem like a simple gesture, but not many places offer that kind of warmth. It truly set a positive tone for my day.
