There’s quite a comprehensive menu chalked across several boards hung on the terrace. I’ve enjoyed a different dish every time I visit, even when I’ve made a rookie error – cabrillas are not actually little goats, they’re snails. There’s not much for vegetarians, but this is rural Andalucía so tough. When you finish eating, cross the road for a money shot of Olvera’s church and castle atop the pueblo blanco.
