Barretão - Olhão

Today at 11:50 am I called to place my order which would be ready to pick up at 12:30 pm, according to an employee. I went to the restaurant at 12:35 to be told that they would still take my order and at 12:45 they told me that it would still take 15min to be ready. So I asked them to deliver it at home because I had a baby with her father in the car waiting. At 1:20 pm I called the restaurant 3 times, no one answered or returned the call. I called back 5min later, to no avail. It wasn't until 1:40 pm that I had my order... we're talking about almost 2 hours before I could finally have lunch. So what good are deadlines if you don't meet them? My compliment goes to the food, which has always been very good, but loses in the service, which needs improvement.

Between faro and Olhão, Nice little restaurant. The prices are correct, We eat well, it is plentiful. Nice staff and speak English and Portuguese. I recommend Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €50+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
