There were only two staff members on duty, but our waitress spent most of her time restocking the bar with straws and napkins, checking her phone repeatedly, and standing at the bar instead of attending to our table. We also weren't offered any drink refills. This was a disappointing first impression, especially considering it was a relatively slow night.
