Cocktails were great and he also tried. Waiting was a bit as long as their staff works to find out the kink, but they have to do it with a huge amount! The owner was very nice and the place looks fantastic!
My wife and I came to the Union whiskey tonight after dinner and we are very impressed. There are many drinks options, good bar food options and there was a great city atmosphere. Very recommended.
The customer service was fantastic. We were asked by three different people if we were being taken care of, which was very refreshing. There were several vegan and vegetarian options to choose from, and the food was delicious.
We had the most excellent service, Logan was amazing. The atmosphere was lovely and the food was outstanding. Being a vegetarian, I will frequent this place often, as it is one of the only places in Olean that serves delicious hot vegan food.
What a great place! Had a great time with friends yesterday enjoying a moscale mule, loaded chips and sliders. All so very delicious! This place has a nice mix of casual yet an upper scale feel. Brings life to this area. We will definitely be back.

This restaurant has a fantastic vibe. The atmosphere is pleasant, and they feature excellent live bands. Furthermore, the food and drinks are tasty and affordably priced.
The food was decent, but the service left much to be desired. We waited over 20 minutes for our bill. There were only two staff members on duty, but our waitress spent most of her time restocking the bar with straws and napkins, checking her phone repeatedly, and standing at the bar instead of attending to our table. We also weren't offered any drink refills. This was a disappointing first impression, especially considering it was a relatively slow night.
The waitress and bartender offered outstanding service, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was clean and peaceful.
Stopped by Union Whiskey after attending the Magnificent May Mayhem event. I enjoyed a Murphy's Irish Stout and a sour from their menu while listening to some fantastic acoustic music by Dominic Carucci. It was the perfect way to spend a Friday evening.
