The sub was delicious, featuring fresh bread and generous servings of vegetables, along with surprisingly soft cookies—a delightful surprise! Unfortunately, as we were enjoying our meal and chatting, someone from behind us abruptly asked us to quiet down and made a rude remark. We were speaking at a normal volume, so it caught us off guard. Before we could respond, the manager stepped in, spoke to the individual, and then apologized to us. The manager was very gracious. We returned yesterday and enjoyed another fantastic meal, accompanied by excellent customer service. This time, we had no issues and had a wonderful dining experience. I would definitely recommend this Subway!

My daughter and I had initially planned to go to Applebee's, but we were both feeling exhausted and didn’t want to wait. So, we decided to get Subway instead. Each time these employees finished cleaning, another customer would walk in. You could see they were tired, yet not one of them complained or had a bad attitude. A special thank you to the young woman working tonight – I really appreciate how you allowed my daughter to be herself without any issues, complaints, or judgments. What you don’t know is that my daughter has some special needs, and your acceptance made all the difference to this tired mom who had just navigated a 25-minute overstimulated meltdown.
