The employee didn?t accept the coupon because ?it is for hot... read more The stars are for the staff. They should be educated on the coupons. Went in to get a Medium Latte. The employee didn?t accept the coupon because ?it is for hot or iced coffee only and you are having a Latte?. What?!?! This is not the first time I have not been able to use a coupon in this shop. No matter the time of day or the day of the week, the just don?t want to accept them. I have not had issues with this or any other coupon in any other shop. I am done with them. I?d rather go to the one inside Walmart or drive a bit farther.
