Dunkin' - Oldsmar

Payed $4.30 for a tomato person grilled cheese. I was given the $1 grilled cheese instead. Tried to call multiple times. No one answered. Very very upset

Ordered a donut with a coffee. The cashier handed the donut bag to me and there was coffee dripping from the bag because someone spilled my coffee in it. The donut was soaked. I looked at the cashier while the bag was dripping in my lap and he laughed andsaid ?yeah I put the lid on wrong? ???? Ok so give me a new donut and a new bag that isn?t soaked in coffee? These people are soincompetent oh my god.

Can this location make it a priority to STIR their coffee? Is that too hard to ask them to do their job? If I order an iced coffee at 6am on a Tuesday morning... I'm most likely on my way to work. Do I want to try to either stop or find time in betweenred lights to stir my coffee with the straw I wasn't given because I got cold foam? No. So now r.i.p to my cloth car seats, andmy center console because my coffee spilt all over my car trying to stir my stupid coffee so I could drink it????. I work 13hours straight today, I really needed some caffeine. Thanks Dunkin???????

Tuesday 06/07/2022 visited this Dunkin Donuts Store, to try the new Mango ???? Pineapple???? Dunkin Refresher. I ordered a large, made with Coconut ???? Milk ????. The drink was absolutely delicious and extremely flavorful. I could taste all theingredients, Mango, Pineapple, Coconut Milk which even gave off a Coconut aroma! Valerie provided great customer service! HighlyRecommend.

Absolutely worst experience ever at Dunkin? Donuts. I will never go back to this location due to your face tattooed cashier who informed me that he cannot count change that high and wasn?t going to break a 50. I responded OK do you have Apple Pay and hisresponse was price of saying can?t you see the sign that was blocked completely by the tinted window after openings it at thedrive thru. Then proceeded to repeatedly asked me if I had a problem that he couldn?t break a 50 and if I wanted to do somethingabout it while I had my infant child in the car. I can see why you were losing the coffee rates and completely getting destroyedby competitors it?s called hiring standards learn them develop them and figure it out because this is why your locations failincompetence and violence in the workplace.
