Me and my partner visited this place on thursday evening and thoroughly enjoyed our desserts! Service was fast and had no issues. The following day I realised I had stupidly left my handbag on the floor next to our table. I contacted them immediately when they opened and to my relief they said it had been handed in. I collected it later that day with everything intact. Thankyou so much!! X
I entered the restaurant and waited at the entrance to be seated. The waiter walked past us without acknowledging us. We sat down, but no one came to take our order or greet us. I had to go up to the counter to place our order, but the waiter didn't even look up. We decided to leave after that. The customer service was terrible. I would not recommend this restaurant at all. 0/5 stars.
We booked in advance 3 days before and 'Reservation wasn 't on the list ' THEN we showed call log as EVIDENCE yet they still didn 't let us in and we had to wait for 40 minutes in the cold. Then when we ordered the food it took 40 and the place was ow where near busy Then we had to wait OUTSIDE in the thunderstorm for some food to takeout
I have mixed feelings about this restaurant. The decor is nice, but perhaps a bit too much. The prices are reasonable, but I feel like it's just a copy of high-end dessert shops. I didn't find anything unique about it. However, I have to say that my dessert, the Ferrero Rocher waffle, was delicious and sweet. The Lindor milkshake was too thick and needed to be stirred all the way home in order to properly enjoy it. The ice pan had bits of flavored ice in it.
Rubbish just ordered a chocolate cake with mint custard. Thought it would be good but no they served me chocolate cake with normal custard mixed with green food colouring like I wouldn't notice. On the side of the box still have some colouring left which hadn't been mixed properly. Absolutely disgrace for a dessert place. HORRID EXPERIENCE!!!
