Four of the guest ended up hav... read more The Management have no customer service skills whatsoever 50 th birthday meal ruined and no acknowledgment from them Party of 27. Four of the guest ended up having to take their main meals as takeout as everyone else eaten and been at the table for over 2 half hours. When presented with the bill it was outlined that there we be an expectation of a reduction in these 4 people’s bills given it was now a takeaway The manager said if you are not paying full price leave your food here!! They were eventually offered £4.80 off lol Consequently food left behind and starters only paid for. The manager had no comprehension that the service had prevented us from eating together they wasn’t interested it was a celebration and that several of the party hadn’t even eaten a meal. We arrived at 545 and left at 8-45. Two couples in the party had to go and purchase food on their way home This place has gone completely downhill since changing hands and the 27 guest will never step foot in there again. Unfortunately we weren’t the only ones another couple left furious without a main meal also. Again management didn’t acknowledge their poor quality service and that their customers we left very disappointed
